Keep one application history

A borrower may speak to several people before an application is ready for lender review. Keep the enquiry, requested documents and submission history together so each person can see what has already happened.

Use stages that reflect actual progress. Documents requested, documents received, submitted to lender, sanction recorded and disbursed are distinct steps. Keep lender decisions separate from internal preparation.

Make pending items specific

“Follow up” is too broad to be a useful next action. Identify the missing document, unanswered lender query or customer confirmation and assign it to a person. Record the response where the next reviewer can find it.

  • Borrower and funding requirement recorded.
  • Document checklist reviewed for the chosen workflow.
  • Lender submissions and responses tracked separately.
  • Sanction and disbursal details recorded from supporting evidence.
  • Expected partner earnings linked to the application.

Close the operational and financial loop

After disbursal, keep payout review visible rather than closing the record too early. Match received earnings against expectations and track the owner of any difference.

FiNTRACK Loans is a workspace for the intermediary process. Eligibility, pricing, approval and disbursal remain the lender’s decisions.
